Moonalice website goes LIVE!!!
According to Moonalice legend, the beta period for moonalice.com is over and we are now live! Our work continues and you can expect significant upgrades in the coming year.
If you are wondering what the big deal is with this site, here are a few of our thoughts:
* "control panel": the site is organized by show, with all the content in one play. The site serves whichever show the fan requests.
* poster navigation: you land on either (1) today's show (if we have a show today) or (2) the most recent show. You can navigate via the posters at the top of the page. Note that the "V" and "A" signify the availability of video and audio for the show in question. You can also navigate by touching the magnifying glass in the center of the page.
* 400 shows of audio
* 70 shows of video. The most recent ones are HD. The older ones are SD. Even older ones can be found in the "Library" at http://www.livestream.com/moonalice
* 420+ posters - at least one for every show
* integration of Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
* HTML 5 on iOS: the music player and video player on iPhone and iPad are in HTML 5, the next generation web development platform
