Who Was There?

According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Chris Shaw shows the thumbprint of CSI Moonalice, who is either a hero or a master criminal, depending on your point of view. To the 99%, CSI is revered for bringing hope and hemp products to Occupy demonstrators in Zucotti Park and 200 other locations around the country. To bankers and hedge fund managers, he is a terrifying reminder of their greed and lack of self-awareness. Whatever your point of view, CSI Moonalice had HUGE green thumbs, as this poster illustrates. If the thumbprint appears blue to you, I strongly recommend you adjust your meds. This has been a reading from the Moonalice legend.

According to Moonalice legend, on Friday afternoon we walked down to Occupy Wall Street in Zucotti Park and played American Dream Rag a couple of times in the rain for the people there. On the way to B.B. King's, Michael drove the bus up 6th Avenue. We went about two blocks before traffic backed up. A squadron of paddy wagons assembled in front of us, beginning a parade that included our bus. After a few blocks we caught up with the demonstrators marching to Occupy Times Square. We crawled along with the demonstrators, who were exceptionally peaceful. We honked the bus horn a few times, to enthusiastic cheers from the demonstrators. We are proud to support them!!
