According to Moonalice legend, the rains came early this year. The good news is that the rain put an end to wildfire season, but it caught the farmers by surprise. Everyone had to scramble. Fortunately, the harvest is in and now we turn to trimming and processing.

Tonight’s poster by Alexandra Fischer depicts Ying and Yang Moonalice, prospecting for hash on the surface of the moon. They struck gold. Unfortunately, there was not enough oxygen on the moon to smoke their stash, so they caught the next spaceship home to Auburn. When they got here they discovered that the farmers here in the Sierra foothills have been making fine cannabis products for generations … and have all the air they need to get it burning.
