According to Moonalice legend, we came to Girdwood to see the Aurora Borealis. Being flatlanders from San Francisco, we sought out a guide. As you can see in tonight's poster by the legendary Wes Wilson, our guide is a wolf named Sitzmark Moonalice. We told him that seeing the northern lights was super important to us. Sitzmark has been howling at us since the moment we arrived. We don't understand wolf, so we had no idea what Sitzmark was saying until we got to the club for sound check and asked the bartender. Apparently Sitzmark was saying, "Get a grip you stupid hippies, you can't see the lights when it's cloudy, when it's snowing or when your weed sucks." Well that explains it!
