According to Moonalice legend, there is a flower farm just up the road from here. In the days before Legoland and before the seed business took over, flowers were the biggest draw to this town. Tonight's poster by Alexandra Fischer depicts Solana Beach Moonalice, sitting on the banks of the Belly Up River, with a bountiful harvest. Those flowers must be really good, because Solana doesn't appear to notice that she is surrounded by psychedelic mushrooms. Presumably the shrooms were left behind in the early 70s by fans of the Allman Brothers.
